I played along with the color challenge over at Color stories inspiration case file number 52!
Here is the challenge
and here is my page
This is my mom, my handwritten journaling is written directly on the background in red ink, to add to the design. It reads " Dear mom, I cherish each moment that we are able to spend together, distance has kept us apart for far too long, but now we are closer and can spend even more precious time together. My favorite times are when we are working on some crafty project, or just sitting and watching t.v. together.
I love it when we are i the kitchen making something yummy and delicious together.
I love that you enjoy spending time with the kids, they adore you and love doing things with their gram.
I know that you are searching for a partner to spend time with, just remember, that you are special and you are beautiful, and all I ever want is just for you to be happy. Each moment with you is a precious gift."
I included all of the required colors, as well as the
"Evidence":
Wood/woodgrain-- on the background, the tan circles, the wooden heart and the title letters
Twine/string-- behind the flowers
Paint-- on the background
Kraft paper-- tan circles
Newsprint--the black circles are embossed with it
Tags-- behind the flowers
circles--around the photo and also the buttons are circles
Burlap-- behind the photo and one flower is burlap
and "Testimony":
My journaling is handwritten, and discusses the gift of time with my mom
I hope you enjoy my page for the csi#52 challenge, thanks for visiting!
